How TheMenuScan handles account, business, guest, operational, and support information. Last updated: February 18, 2026.
We collect account, contact, billing, business configuration, operational, support, device, and usage information needed to provide and improve the platform.
We use information to deliver services, authenticate users, process payments, support tenants, secure the platform, provide reporting, and communicate important updates.
Hospitality data such as menus, orders, reservations, folios, staff records, service requests, and customer records remains connected to the tenant using the platform.
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, or legal authorities when required to operate or comply with law.
TheMenuScan uses security controls such as authentication, role-based access, audit logging, encryption patterns, rate limiting, and tenant-aware data access.
We retain information as needed for service delivery, compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business needs. Tenants may request export or deletion subject to legal obligations.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete certain personal information.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
